the room was sizable. the lighting in the room was great. i found wardrobe space to be very good. the room service menu included many choices and was a decent value (i thought).
the breakfast wasn't great. there were many options, but the quality seemed mediocre.

The staff was helpful there.
The live music from the rooftop was SO LOUD. Sleeping became impossible. a green light flashed above the bed all night and disturbed my sleep. i really hate the non-soundproof windows because of the traffic noise outside.

The room was not properly cleaned. there were visible dust accumulation on surfaces and the windows had smudges. i had to request additional towels because of shortages. Also the amenities were not fully restocked.

The fitness facility was excellent. It had the latest cardio and weight equipment available (more than I expected). There were also two outdoor pools and an indoor pool.
The room smelled of smoke even though I asked for a non-smoking room. It seemed to come through the air conditioning when it was running. The drop-off area in front could be noisy.
